Loans were not disbursed

Loans were not disbursed

There are a few common reasons your loan may not have been sent out yet:

  • You haven’t completed your Entrance Counseling at studentaid.gov.

  • You haven’t signed your Master Promissory Note (MPN) at studentaid.gov.

  • You haven’t requested your loan in eServices to tell Riverland how much you want to borrow.

  • You’re registered for fewer than 6 credits.

  • You’ve been reported as not attending your classes.

Still not sure?
Email us at financialaid@riverland.edu and we’ll help you figure it out!
