eForm won't open
You will need to have an active StarID in order to access eForms. If you need help resetting your StarID password or creating one for the first time, please visit the StarID Self Service website . You do need to have a Student ID number in order to activate a StarID. This number can usually be found on any correspondence that you have received from the college or you may stop into an Student Services office with a picture ID.
