You will receive an email/text (if you opt for the text messaging option) when your refund has been deposited into your BankMobile Account. You can also check your balance online at BankMobile Vibe. Log into your account and under the "Refunds" tab, select "Refund Status & History". Mobile alerts and a BankMobile app are also available.
